Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to EmilyFit's coaching programs. By booking a plan, you agree to them.

Who can join

  1. Medical clearance

By starting this program, you confirm that you are in good health and have no medical conditions that would prevent you from exercising. If you have any pre-existing conditions, please provide medical clearance from your doctor.

  2. Age and pauses

You must be 18 years or older to participate. In the event of severe illness or injury, a temporary pause of the program may be granted upon request.

How the program works

  1. Program length

Everything in your plan, support, reports and sessions included, runs for the length of the plan you chose (3, 6 or 12 months).

  2. End of the plan

Your plan ends after its 3, 6 or 12 months. It does not renew automatically: if you want to continue, we agree on a new plan together.

  3. Sessions

Sessions are one part of your program, alongside daily messaging, nutrition support and weekly reports, not a separate pack of credits. So there is no cancelling, rescheduling or expiry: if you can't make a session, it is not made up, and your program simply continues. If I have to move a session (holidays or unavailability), we reschedule it together.

  4. Online sessions and messages

Online sessions are conducted via Google Meet. Messages are answered within 24 hours on business days; messages received on weekends or holidays will be answered on the next business day.

Payment

  1. Payment policy

Full payment is required before the start of the program. Payments can be made via bank transfer as specified on the invoice. You may deduct any bank transfer fees from the total payment amount.

  2. No-refund policy

Due to the nature of our service, including the provision of proprietary methods and the reservation of your dedicated coaching slot, all payments are non-refundable once the program has commenced.

Health and safety

  1. Nutrition guidelines (not a prescription)

The nutrition information provided is for educational purposes and is intended as a guideline, not a medical prescription. I am not a registered dietitian or a medical doctor. Please consult with your physician before making any significant changes to your diet. Following these guidelines is at your own discretion.

  2. Evidence-based approach

All coaching and guidelines are based on current exercise science and nutritional research. However, as science evolves, recommendations may be updated to reflect the latest evidence-based practices.

  3. Results disclaimer

While this program is designed based on scientific principles (NASM standards), results vary by individual. Success depends on your adherence to the nutrition plan, workout consistency and individual physiology. No specific results are guaranteed.

  4. Assumption of risk and liability waiver

You understand that physical exercise involves inherent risks of injury. You voluntarily assume these risks and agree to waive any claims against the trainer for injuries or damages occurring during or after the program, except in cases of gross negligence.

  5. Referral policy

If any condition arises that is beyond my scope of practice as a fitness professional (such as undiagnosed pain, psychological issues or clinical eating disorders), I reserve the right to refer you to an appropriate licensed healthcare professional.

Privacy and contact

  1. Privacy

All your personal data, progress photos and workout logs will be kept strictly confidential and will not be shared with any third party without your written consent.

  2. Photos and results

Your progress photos and results will only be shared (for example on Instagram or this website) with your written consent.

  3. Questions

If you have any questions about these terms, write to me at emilycaraker@gmail.com.
